The Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on his resounding re-election victory, describing it as a historic and well deserved mandate that reflects the will of Ndi Anambra.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the State Legislature, the speaker said the outcome of the governorship election which saw the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) sweep all 21 local government areas, fulfilled his earlier prediction and underscored the people’s overwhelming confidence in Soludo’s leadership and vision for a prosperous Anambra.
He lauded Governor Soludo for his sterling performance in his first term, noting that the massive support across the state, particularly in Ogbaru Local Government Area, was a reward for his visible developmental strides and people-oriented policies.
Commending Ndi Ogbaru for standing firmly behind the Governor and the APGA family, Udeze expressed pride in their unity and political consciousness, assuring that they would continue to give Governor Soludo even greater support in his second term.
He further urged other contestants in the election to accept the results in good faith, describing Soludo’s victory as divine and a true reflection of the collective desire of Ndi Anambra for continuity and progress.
While calling on citizens to sustain their support for the Governor, the Speaker prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and strength for Soludo as he leads Anambra into a new phase of peace, development, and inclusive growth.
