The Traditional Ruler of Akpu Community, Igwe Marcel Okoli (Igwe Chukwuchibelu), has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on his landslide victory at the November 8 governorship election in the state.
In a press statement in Awka, Igwe Okoli appreciated the Anambra electorate for expressing their support for the governor through the ballot box.
In a special way, the royal father thanked the people of Akpu and residents in the area for turning out en masse to vote for the governor.
He expressed confidence that having proved his mettle in his ongoing first term in office, the governor will surely take the state to the promised land in his second term in office.
Igwe Okoli urged the governor to do more for his community by providing more dividends of democracy.
