– Awarded contracts for 746 km of new roads.
– Completely asphalted 462 km of roads (including stone base and drainage).
– Built 7 bridges, including two iconic flyovers.
– Implemented 11.8 kilometers of erosion control measures.
– Rehabilitated 5 large urban water schemes: Awka, Otuocha, Nnewi, Obizi, and Greater Onitsha.
– Provided 15 small-town water schemes and 109 rural water schemes.
– Made 648 km of roads motorable under the zero pothole program.

Smart Schools Initiative
The Anambra State Smart School Initiative is a transformative educational project aimed at modernizing teaching and learning through the integration of digital technology, innovation, and critical thinking. As a pilot phase, the initiative is currently being implemented in 22 selected schools—one in each of the state’s Local Government Areas (LGAs). These Smart Schools are equipped with interactive digital whiteboards, internet-enabled computer labs, solar-powered infrastructure, and trained teachers capable of delivering blended learning.
