Hon. Nweze Tony Nwora, Mayor of Onitsha North Local Government Area, has extended hearty congratulations to Dr. Nonye Soludo on her recent conferment of an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) in Public Health and Nutrition from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU).
The prestigious award recognizes Dr. Soludo’s outstanding commitment to advancing healthy lifestyles and raising nutrition awareness throughout Anambra State. Through her “Healthy Living with Nonye Soludo” initiative, she has mobilized communities, organized wellness workshops, and championed nutrition education programs that have benefited thousands of residents.
In commending the First Lady’s achievement, Mayor Nwora praised her “unwavering dedication to public health and her transformative impact on society.” He highlighted how her leadership has inspired individuals to adopt balanced diets, regular exercise, and preventative health measures.
