The Eric Anyamene Foundation, founded by Engr. Eric Nnamdi Anyamene, a political aide to Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, has unfolded a three-pronged programme designed to enable the people of Idemili North and South LGAs of Anambra State to celebrate the Christmas festival, happily.
The Foundation, which has gained popularity, over the years, for performing acts of philanthropy for the people, will distribute bags of rice to the people of Idemili North and South LGAs, host a prayer and praise night programme for the people of Obosi, and give free medical treatments to ailing people.
The three events, which are being executed by the Foundation, will cater to the spiritual and physical needs of the people during the Yuletide season.

The distribution of 10kg bags of rice to the Idemili people started on December 17, 2025 with the Foundation members taking the bags of rice to the towns of Ogidi, Nkpor, and Obosi urban for distribution to the people.
The Eric Anyamene Foundation team is led by Mrs. Hope Nchee Egwu, an American returnee and Obosi indigene, who is deeply committed to the execution of tasks for which the organization was established.
“We need to get what we are doing right. And as an individual, I have a dislike for failure,” Nchee Egwu said.
Again, the Eric Anyamene Foundation would host Praise-and-Prayer Night programme at the Obosi township stadium on December 26, 2025 to bring backslidden christians back to the christian fold, strengthen their faith in God, and restate the efficacy of prayers in solving human beings’ problems.
More so, a two-day medical outreach under the auspices of the Eric Anyamene Foundation would take place at the Obosi Primary Healthcare Centre, Afor-adike, between December 27 and 28, 2025.
The sole aim of the medical outreach is to offer free medical treatments to ailing geriatrics, sick children, and other unhealthy adults, who are too impecunious to access and afford treatments for their sicknesses.
The founder of the Foundation, Engr. Eric Anyamene, organized the programmes for Idemili North and South people because of his motivations and impulses, which are predicated on his possession of the virtues of charity and empathy, and his apprehension of the meaning and significance of Christmas.
“I have humanity. And I am driven by the impulses and virtues of love and empathy.
“And I am grateful to God for His blessings which He showered on me. So I want to show gratitude to God by performing these humanitarian deeds during this Christmas period,” Anyamene said.
