The atmosphere was charged with excitement and unity as the Deputy Mayor of Onitsha North Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Ijeoma Ejiagwa, led a powerful display of loyalty and support for Governor Chukwuma Soludo, and Deputy Governor, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim at the Onitsha North APGA Mega Rally held at Ezechima Primary School Field, Onitsha.
The rally, which drew a massive turnout of APGA supporters, community stakeholders, youth groups, and political leaders, underscored the growing grassroots endorsement of the Solution Team ahead of the November 8 Governorship election.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Hon. Ijeoma Ejiagwa expressed profound pride in the accomplishments of Governor Soludo’s administration, describing him as a visionary leader who is truly transforming Anambra State through purposeful governance and people-centered reforms.
“We in Onitsha North have felt the direct impact of Governor Soludo’s leadership. From improved road infrastructure and urban renewal projects to women empowerment and youth inclusion in governance, this administration has proven that good governance is possible. That is why we are standing solidly behind him and his deputy, Dr. Ibezim, to continue this journey of progress.”
She further noted that the rally was not just a political event but a reaffirmation of the people’s trust in APGA as the only party deeply rooted in the welfare and aspirations of Ndi Anambra.
“APGA is not just a party — it is a movement of the people. And under Soludo’s leadership, Anambra has gained new life, stability, and pride,” Deputy Mayor added.
In an interview with newsmen shortly after the rally, Hon. Ejiagwa reiterated her commitment to Governor Soludo’s vision for a “livable and prosperous Anambra,” calling on all eligible voters in Onitsha North to come out en masse on election day to deliver a resounding victory for APGA.
“This election is about continuity, not experiment. We’ve seen results under Soludo — cleaner cities, better security, smarter schools, and stronger communities. The task now is to sustain and expand it. Onitsha North is ready to give APGA block votes come November 8,” she declared confidently.
Also speaking with reporters, the APGA Ward leaders and community youth representatives praised the Deputy Mayor for her leadership and constant engagement with the grassroots. They described her as “a bridge between the government and the people,” whose efforts continue to strengthen the party’s base in Onitsha North.
The mega rally featured traditional performances, solidarity chants, and colorful displays of APGA regalia, symbolizing unity, loyalty, and hope for a greater Anambra under Governor Soludo’s continued leadership.
As the event concluded, chants of “Solution till 2030!” echoed through the field — a clear testament that Onitsha North stands firmly behind Governor Soludo and Deputy Governor Ibezim in their bid to continue the transformation of Anambra State.
