Beneficiaries of the Solution General Hospital, Anaku free surgeries on the commissioning of the Hospital on October 23 has returned for check up on Monday.
The visibly happy patients/clients lauded Anambra State Government for the care given to them while also allaying doubts and the disturbing lies being perpetrated by the opposition who has said that nothing is happening in the hospital.

The Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Obidike was at the hospital to check on the clients and to have a first hand account of the activities of the intake and discharge of clients and that of the health workers.
While chatting with the beneficiaries on hospital beds, the state health boss was told that they were recuperating fast and were being taken care of by the health workers stationed at the hospital.
The clients, their caretakers and family members confessed that no amount of money was taken from them for the surgeries even from those that have come for surgeries days after the commissioning.
Mr. Uche Okoye who is from Umunbo, one of the communities of the LGA who had a Hydrocelectomy said he has been living with the ailment for over 10 years.
When asked why it has taken that long for him to go for the surgery, Mr. Okoye said money and absence of a hospital in the area has been the bane.
He thanked the state governor for the opportunity and the life-line he has created for the people of Ayamelum and those residing close-by, by rebuilding and equipping the hospital.
