Anambra State Ministry of Education has directed all categories of schools in the state to immediately resume full academic activities on Mondays.
Speaking to journalists in her office at the state secretariat, the State Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, said that a formal letter conveying the directive had already been issued.
She said that the order, given at the instance of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, applies to all public, private, mission and returned schools, warning that any school that fails to comply risks immediate closure.
